IKEBUKURO PUBLIC FURNITURE TRIAL

池袋駅のグリーン大通りにストリートファニチャーを設置する社会実験「IKEBUKURO PUBLIC FURNITURE TRIAL」において、araが設計したストリートファニチャーを製作させていただきました。

ハイテーブルやベンチの天板には、近隣の立教小学校の解体現場からサルベージした体育館の床を使用しています。

We produced street furniture designed by ara for the “IKEBUKURO PUBLIC FURNITURE TRIAL,” a social experiment installing street furniture on Green Boulevard at Ikebukuro Station.

The material for the tops of the high tables and benches is salvaged gymnasium flooring from the demolition site of the nearby St.Paul’s Primary School.
