中村家のデスクベンチシェルフ / Desk Bench Shelf
開発中の「デスクベンチシェルフ」を中村の家で試作しました。
天板やボックスを組み合わせ、人の居場所もモノの居場所も自由につくれるユニット家具です。
ドライバー1本で組立&分解でき、引越しやライフスタイルの変化に合わせてパーツの組み合わせを変更できます。
狙い通り、住まい手の個性や生活が前面に表現され、家具自体はその背景となるようなデザインにできました。

This is a prototype of the “Desk Bench Shelf” under development.
This unit furniture allows you to freely create desks and shelves by combining top boards and boxes.
It can be assembled and disassembled with a single screwdriver, and the combination of parts can be changed in accordance with moving house or changing lifestyles.
The furniture itself is designed to serve as a backdrop for the residents’ lives.
